Best Xbox 360 Elite Deal £189

Best Xbox 360 Elite Deal / Price UK
Been thinking of getting a Xbox 360 for a while now so this weekend i took the jump and got one :-)

It took a while to find the best deal / price as wanted the Xbox 360 Elite which has the Hdmi plus comes with the 120 Gb hard drive so spent the day searching the web to find the best price which at first looked like it was going to be Play.com who were doing it for £219.99 with free postage and packaging and was going to press the buy now button when i decided too have a look over at Amazon.......

Well Amazon are doing it for the same price plus two free games Project Gotham Racing 4 which i wanted and Sega Superstar Tennis which i will trade in for something else worth about £30 for the two and free postage so it works our that you can get the Elite for about £189 which is a good deal and about the best price i could find

Npower Will You *#@% Off

If someone from Npower knocks on my door once more and thinks i'm going to talk to some twat who's just left school about who my supplier is and i that i should change i'm going to stick a gas pipe right up there ......

Makes me laugh that an energy supplier thinks this is good practice to send kids to walk the streets to try and make people change over to them when it makes them look like a cowboy company

You also get the feeling that there hoping to knock on a door to find a OAP who's not sure whats going on and changes over to them when told a pack of lies.

Npower your one sad company

Photo Stitching With Microsoft ICE

Just tried Microsoft ICE to make a panoramic picture of a few photos i had from this years Touring Car Championship at Brands Hatch, i had tried photoshop to do the job but it never gave me the results i was happy with so after having a read of a few forums Microsoft ICE came up which is recommended by many as it's does the job without fuss and is a free download from Microsoft

So find below my first attempt at a photo Stitching which is a panoramic picture / photo of Brands Hatch race track which a larger version is available 9990x2304 (Click for large image or email me for cost of full size image)

Olympus Trip 35 Photos

So as a follow on from my post Film Cameras The New Vinyl i had a day out with my Olympus Trip 35 which was around Guildford, so find a few photos below which were to test if the camera still worked so only used one roll of 35mm film

I'm pretty happy how they came out but was shocked that Boots wanted £4.50 to develop a roll of 24 photos :-(

Quick Trip To Guildford

Had a few spare hours and as i’ve not been to Guildford for a few years i fancied a trip into Stockbroker Belt of Surrey plus see if PJ HiFi was still there which is where i always buy my HiFi equipment from even though i didn’t have the money for a new CD player this trip

Day started at West Croydon Train Station and it was my lucky day as train was just coming in as i got there

PS The train fare from West Croydon to Guildford is only about £7 return with trains running about every 15 to 20 mins during the day

After seeing a few of the old cars it makes me want to watch Genevieve a film based around the veteran rally and their crews competing on the annual London to Brighton Veteran Car Run
