Actually it is Ben Collins. I thought everybody knew that?
The Stig was Ben Collins but he got fired as i think he told someone, its part of the contract the stig must sign, if he or anyone that works for top gear reveals the identity of the stig then he or she must be fired. Ben Collins no longer works for top gear meaning that this picture is not Collins.
